      • Add 3 issues to project "QA"
      • Add public repo: "https://github.com/farmas/TestRepo-QA"
      • Open a new browser window and navigate to configure repositories page.
      • Sync the repo on one window and immediately delete the repo on the other.

      Expected: Error message stating that operation cannot be completed while syncing is preformed

      Actual: PropertyImplementationException surfaces to the client.
