Issue Summary

On a board, SCRUM of KANBAN, in the "View settings," if the option "Open issues in sidebar" is toggled on, it will be toggled off after a page refresh. Changes are not being kept.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On any board, go to "View settings" and turn on the "Open issues in sidebar" option:
   
2. Refresh the page
3. Check "View settings" again and the "Open issues in sidebar" option will be off:
   

Expected Results

If the user turns the option on, after a page refresh, the option should be kept on

Actual Results

If the user turns the option on, after a page refresh, the option is off

Workaround

No workaround, users need to manually tun the option on again.
