Issue Summary

After enabling the Quick Filter option ( by clicking the toggle button ) on the board view, if we refresh the page or copy the URL and open it on a new tab, the Quick Filter gets disabled and settings don't get retained as they should.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Got to your project board ( Scrum or Kanban )
2. Click on "Quick filters" drop down and enable Quick filters by clicking the toggle button.
3. You will see the options appearing on the board on above the coloumns.
4. Now, proceed to refresh the page or copy the page URL to a new tab
5. On a page refresh, the Quick filter gets disabled.

Quick filter changes should be retained

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
