Issue Summary

Hello, yesterday (fev-05) starts a problem with all boards for some users (jira-users group members only - not admins). The devs are using Linux with Google Chrome up to date (121.0.6167.139). Our boards are auto-scrolling undesirably when manually scrolling the board or creating issues. The users can't create issues and this problem is affecting us a lot.

Steps to Reproduce

When the user try scroll to up the board autoscrolls to the middle automatically (limiting de view of some expedite cards!). The problem affects the create issue on boards too (when the user create a new issue the board change the focus and scroll with no reason.

No auto-scrolling

Note that this issue has not been fixed by the other bug about focus switching that was recently resolved

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
