Issue Summary

We have received a few cases in the last month reporting that Jira is automatically switching focus while typing in different fields. The cursor focus is in the comment box, but after a few seconds, moves to other parts of the screen. Persists on incognito/keyboard shortcuts off

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to edit any text-based fields (comments, descriptions, summary, etc...)

Expected Results

The editor should remain open and waiting for user input until the changes are saved by the user.

Actual Results

Jira jumps to different fields and goes into edit mode or jumps to different parts of the Issue view.

Workaround

It seems that using Internet Explorer the bug did not occur.
