I am NOT sure why this has to be added to comment.

I constantly fed back that this FORCED!!! feature was detrimental and did not allow us to use the board for calls or sharing.

1. We cannot even view the full issue in one row never mind more than 3 columns at one time (1 PM is lucky to see even 1 icon
2. The icons are massive
3. The scroll bar as fed back many times is rubbish for those of us who can manage to have 7 or less status in workflow
4. The forced used of scroll bar since the new features were forced on us had made the board slow for everything and then crashes 
5. The new features with the additional space are causing this issue as we can no longer hide as even that functionality has been taken away
6. As asked many times it would be nice if Atlassian allowed us to have a toggle not the enforced narrative they are forcing on everyone
7. The standard response of reducing zoom to 60% or less does not help, although I can see the board but the writing is minute
8. I have constantly raised support tickets where they reverted for a while but does not fit in with what Eoin wants

We are now reduced to completing these farcical "suggestions" when it was basic previously and I wont mention the bulk clone.

I cannot add screenshot or attachment so you can see how bad it is at 100% view

I agree that "It would be awesome to have an option to enable/disable that feature". We need the auto-size as it used to be.

This issue appeared for me as well. This breaks our workflow. We cannot see the entire flow in the board which is the whole point of using a board, you just look at it and you can see everything that going on in your project. Please, there must be a config to disable it (for scrum board)

The issue got surfaced since last week. This is not working for me either. Please add a due date to this ticket. 

This issue has just resurfaced for me too since Thursday. It seems like a relatively easy fix to make this configurable in the board settings — without being able to do this, some boards are pretty much useless.

Horizontal scrolling makes it very difficult to see all the tickets on the board.  I'm not sure why this cant be a configuration option in the board settings.

The horizontal scrolling issue seems to have just affected my board view as well. This is not a helpful "feature" as now I have to scroll to see the entire board, which is distracting and time-consuming. Please provide the option to turn this "feature" off so that my board will auto-scale to fit any screen I'm using.

There should be an option to enable/disable the horizontal scrolling! My team has put together an amazing process with 15 columns on our Jira board. This function does not work for us.

The should be an option to enable/disable the horizontal scrolling. Often you want to see the complete board overview with all statuses included.

Our team has put worked on a side solution for this issue and our Jira board is working better now.
