Issue Summary
In Firefox and Safari, the Watcher's popup window is rendered partially behind the issue description when the browser tab is half-screened.
![]()
The problem doesn't happen in other browsers:
![]()
Steps to Reproduce
1. Access any ticket in Firefox;
2. Drag the browser window until it occupies half screen;
3. Click on the watcher's button and see the popup partially rendered.
This can also be reproduced on the board view.

Expected Results
The popup should be rendered in front of the other elements on the screen, as in Chrome or Edge.
Actual Results
The popup is rendered behind the other elements on the screen.
Workaround
This behavior is only perceived in Firefox AND only when the browser window is half-screened. A workaround would be to use any other browser or resize the Firefox window to a bigger resolution.
