Issue Summary

The actions dropdown menu appears partially when using Firefox at certain screen resolutions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application in Firefox.
2. Navigate to an issue and click on the actions menu at the top right.
3. Set the screen resolution to 1440x900 or below.

Expected Results

The actions dropdown menu should appear fully and be accessible in all supported browsers and resolutions.

Actual Results

The actions dropdown menu appears only partially and is not fully accessible when using Firefox at a resolution of 1440x900 or below.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
