Issue Summary
The unnecessary textual descriptions such as "Comment" and "Issue" have been specified for the decorative images.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Jira project.
- Navigate to the side navigation, expand the "Your Work" accordion, and click on the "Go to Your Work" link.
- Navigate to the "Assigned to me" or "worked on" tab and select one of them.
- Navigate to the mentioned decorative images and inspect the code.
- Notice that decorative images have "alt" attribute with text that is describing the decorative image.

Actual Results
Decorative images have been given descriptive alternate text, such as "Comment" and "Issue" which is unnecessary, as it does not convey any additional or important information to screen reader users.
Expected Results
Decorative images should be skipped by the screen reader.
Provide an empty alt attribute i.e. alt="" for all the decorative images.

Workaround
