      Actual Results

      Decorative images have been given descriptive alternate text, such as "Comment" and "Issue" which is unnecessary, as it does not convey any additional or important information to screen reader users.

      Expected Results

      Decorative images should be skipped by the screen reader.

      Provide an empty alt attribute i.e. alt="" for all the decorative images.

      Code Snippet:

      <img src="..." alt="">
