Issue Summary

In CompanY Managed Projects, I found that if you have enabled the "New Issue Transition Experience" in your Profile Icon > Personal Settings > Jira Labs, the drop-down will only show 50 results and then truncate the rest. 

On the new issue view, you are able to see more than 50 options

If you turn off the New Transition Issue Experience then the Select-List Multiple Choices will show all of the options.

Replicated on Customer site and my testing site

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into test site and either create new select list multi choices field and add over 50 options
2. Go to your personal settings and make sure the New Transition Experience is turned on.
3. Add the field to a transition screen and then add the transition screen to a workflow transition
4. Move a test issue in the project to that transition so the screen will pop up.
5. It will only show the first 50 items
6. Go back to the Personal Settings and turn off the New Transition Experience
7. Do the same thing with the test issue
8. All of the options will appear

Expected Results

There should be all options listed in the New Transition Experience

Actual Results

No error message

Workaround

Go to you profile icon > personal settings and under the Jira Labs de-select the New Issue Transition Experience
