Issue Summary

Changing the "Number of Issues displayed per Issue navigator page" as stated in this documentation Configure the user default settings has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the User Default Settings - https://<instance>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewUserDefaultSettings.jspa
2. Change the "Number of Issues displayed per Issue navigator page" to 1000.
3. Search for issues on https://<instance>.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=
4. Only 50 issues are returned per page.

Expected Results

1000 issues are displayed.

Actual Results

Only 50 issues are displayed per page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
