      Issue Summary

When the user copies & Pastes text into a comment, it often doesn't work properly: after Pasting, the system caret is for some reason placed at the /beginning/ of the text that was Pasted rather than at the /end/ of it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Windows:

      1. Click on "Add a comment..."
        2. Type a sentence.
        3. Select a word in the middle of the sentence.
        4. Press Ctrl + c to copy text.
        5. Place system caret immediately before the final word in the sentence.
        6. Press Shift + End to select the final part of the sentence.
        7. Press Ctrl + v to Paste text that was just copied.
        8. Observe that the text is pasted, but the system caret is inexplicably placed /before/ Pasted text instead of after it.

      macOS:

      1. Click on "Add a comment..."
        2. Type a sentence.
        3. Select a word in the middle of the sentence.
        4. Press Ctrl + c to copy text.
        5. Place system caret immediately before the final word in the sentence.
        6. Press shift + cmd + > to select the final part of the sentence.
        7. Press Ctrl + v to Paste text that was just copied.
        8. Observe that the text is pasted, but the system caret is inexplicably placed /before/ Pasted text instead of after it.
