Issue Summary
When the user copies & Pastes text into a comment, it often doesn't work properly: after Pasting, the system caret is for some reason placed at the /beginning/ of the text that was Pasted rather than at the /end/ of it.
Steps to Reproduce
Windows:
- Click on "Add a comment..."
2. Type a sentence.
3. Select a word in the middle of the sentence.
4. Press Ctrl + c to copy text.
5. Place system caret immediately before the final word in the sentence.
6. Press Shift + End to select the final part of the sentence.
7. Press Ctrl + v to Paste text that was just copied.
8. Observe that the text is pasted, but the system caret is inexplicably placed /before/ Pasted text instead of after it.
macOS:
- Click on "Add a comment..."

Expected Results
The system caret should be placed at the end/ of the sentence.
Actual Results
The system caret is for some reason placed at the /beginning/ of the text that was Pasted rather than at the /end/ of it.
Workaround
Just use the mouse or the keyboard arrow keys to go to the end of the sentence.
