Steps to Reproduce

1. Archive a project with few issues
2. Migrate the project using JCMA 

Expected Results

1. Archived project is migrated as archived in cloud
2. All linked issues are seen as archived is cloud

Actual Results

1. Archived issue is archived is cloud.
2. Linked issues are migrated into their original status and not archived

Workaround

Workaround 1: Archive the issues manually (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-2-issue-archive-put)

Workaround 2: Restore the project and archived it again. (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-projects/#api-rest-api-2-project-projectidorkey-archive-post)

Update:

1. Issues migrated under archived projects behave as archived but the banner for archived project does not appear on the issues post migration.
2. Banner may appears on the issue after some time
