Issue Summary

Archived projects become un-archived after migration

Steps to Reproduce

Archive a project on source Cloud instance
Migrate project to another Cloud instance through Copy Data feature

Expected Results

Project remains archived

Actual Results

Project is not archived after migration

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
