To provide the ability for Jira admins to control the look and feel of Text Field (multi-line) fields in the UI

      In the Jira UI, fields of type Text Field (multi-line) have a special style, highlighted from other types of fields in the Jira issue view.

      These fields are presented in the UI as Header 2 and bolded. Screen shot below as an example:

      As a Jira administrator, I'd like to have the ability to control the look and feel of how these fields are presented in the Jira issue view.
