Display all field names in the "Description fields" section in the same font size

      Currently, in the issue view's "Description fields" section, only the multiline text field names are shown in a larger font size. All the other field names in this section are shown in a smaller font size. This is shown in the following screenshot:

      Please show all the field names in the same font size.
