Ability to prevent smart links from showing in URL fields

      As of 10 Oct 2024, the option to show URLs in URL fields as smart links was added to Jira.

      Please add the option to change the behavior of the URL fields to not show URLs as smart links and show the full URL text as well.

      Another option is to allow the exceptions in personal settings to also work in URL fields and not only on the text editor and paragraph fields
