Issue Summary
When migrating from Server/Data Center to Cloud issue keys mentioned in the Description and comments show "Can't find link"
Steps to Reproduce
- Access an issue in a Jira site that contains projects that were migrated from Jira Server/Data Center.
- Look for an issue that contains issue keys added in the description or in comments, with the project of the issue keys mentioned having underscores as part of their issue key.
Expected Results
The issue key is recognized as a URL and the smart link renders it displaying information about the issue.
Actual Results
The issue key is recognized as URL but the smart link rendering indicates "Can't find link"

Important notes:
- This scenario appears to present when first facing the bug MIG-1990: Issues are sometimes rendered as plain text instead of a link after migration. Support can apply a process to fix this but as a consequence, it may lead to the scenario covered here.
- The URL itself works correctly when clicked and redirects to the issue. If you see the issue key not rendered as a URL, it is likely a different scenario.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
