Field values cut off / truncated when viewing issue e.g. Fix versions

      Current behaviour

      When viewing an issue that has a field with a value longer than 22 characters, the value is truncated despite there being plenty of empty space:

      In order to see the full value, one must hover the mouse and make a tool tip appear.

      Desire behaviour

      Show the full field value without truncation
