Ability to expand Fix Version field (Field values cut off / truncated when viewing issue)

      We have already created many versions in our project, and all of them have a prefix. 

      As we can't expand the Fix Version field in the issue view, it is hard to read the fix version selected as the field is not big enough. 

      We would like to have the ability to expand the Fix Version field to read our versions entirely.
