Issue Summary

The Jira Dashboard gadget "Filter Results" is facing a delay in synchronizing updated issue information (such as issue statuses, etc.).

The same behavior is not consistently replicated, however, it is noticeable once you try updating an issue and checking a Filter Results gadget. You will observe often a delay that could take 30 seconds to 1 minute to be updated in the Gadget.

During my tests, the problem was most noticeable with the issues' statuses.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I have tested the same in my test instance. Created a new Dashboard, and added a Filter Results gadget to test it.
2. I transitioned an issue from "Done" to "In Progress".
3. The same change took almost a full minute to be reflected in the Dashboard.

Expected Results

It is expected to have a small delay for the information to be synced over to Filter Results. However, a full minute is a long time to sync.

Actual Results

The information should be synced in a short period (a small delay of 5s or so is acceptable).

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
