This is an extension of the parent request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-62053 (Created for having the Approver capability in JSW/Business projects).

In JSM we can integrate a project with MS Teams through the Chat feature. 

Using Jira cloud and Atlassian Assist plug-in in MS Teams, we can connect with JSM project and directly interact with issues through MS Teams.

For an approval workflow, if above integration is available, the Approvers of a JSM issue receives a direct notification in MS Teams through the Atlassian assist app and they can directly approve/decline the issue from Assist in Teams.

JSW does not have this functionality since it by default does not provide the Add approver functionality, therefore, its integration with MS teams through Assist is not available as well.

This feature request is created to provide same functionality for JSW projects as a JSM project has with MS Teams and provide the direct Approve/Decline functionality through Assist app.
