Versions from archived project are still selectable when searching

      Description

      Similar to JRACLOUD-79105, if you archive a project that have versions in there, the versions from the archived project will still be selectable when searching fixversion field Basic or JQL search.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a version in a software project.
      2. Archive the project
      3. Open the fixVersion dropdown in Basic Search or type in JQL "fixVersion = "

      Expected Results

      It will not bring the versions from the archived project as valid options

      Current results

      It brings the versions from the archived project as valid options, but then return an error when running the search.

      Workaround

      Users cannot have browse project permission to the archived project to not see them as options.
