At this point, besides the possibility of setting the default share permissions of a newly created filter to either Public or Private and changing the owner of an existing filter as described in the Manage filters article, it would be nice and handy to have the option to set a default group that would automatically be added to the share permissions for newly created filters.

That way the Administrators would have full visibility of all the filters on the given instance w/o having to change the owner to be able to review/alter the filter.
