Issue Summary

Newly created child issues and cloned issues not visible without page refresh

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select an Epic issue or issue above Epic level where you can see "Add a child issue" button.
2. Make sure a screen will pop-up when creating a new issue by editing a screen configuration and making any field required or adding a validator un the workflow for the issue type of the child issue.
3. Create a new child issue using "Add a child issue", enter the details and press the Create button.

Expected Results

The newly created child issue is visible under parent without page refresh. 

Actual Results

The newly created child issue will be created but the parent won't show the child issue without refreshing the page. 

This also happens when cloning an issue, as the "Clones" under Linked issues is not refreshed until a page refresh.

Workaround

Refresh the page
