      Offer various formatting options for the date picker field in Jira.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. When creating a date picker field, it's important to provide the option to choose the format for the date picker field. For example, from "dd/MMM/yy hh:mm am/pm" to "dd/mm/yyyyy, hh:mm am/pm".

      Expected Results

      It would be beneficial to have the ability to select from various formats.

      Actual Results

      Changing the format is not an available option.
