Issue Summary

There is no practical use for using a Value Field workflow condition with linked issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try using it for blocking transitions when there are more than linked issues
2. Try using it for blocking transitions when the block is of a certain kind
3. Notice how those two doesn't work

Expected Results

The conditions working with the above uses

Actual Results

Not usable for that because it compares with the actual value.

Workaround

Use an automation rule with a custom field to control those possibilities and then a condition validating the value of this custom field.
