Issue Summary

In New Issue Navigator (NIN) Filters , Created/Updated Date field is not displaying the Time stamp.

It is not honoring the Look and Feel settings made in Jira System Configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

Set the Look and feel Configuration as per below.

<your site name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa

The following value in the "Day/Month/Year Format" field:

dd/MM/yyyy - hh:mm a

1. Navigate to View all issues in NIN
2. Created or Updated field column not showing the Time Stamp.
3. It should show Date with Time Stamp.

Expected Results

Date/Time stamp not appearing in Created/Updated field.

Actual Results

Time stamp should appear in Created/Updated field as per Look and Feel configuration

Workaround

Switch to Old Issue Navigator and it show the date with time stamp.
