Ability to export a single project as an offline backup

      This ticket is related to JRACLOUD-34307 – Allow Single Project Export - offline backup that can be re-imported

      In some cases users need a single project export in a usable format that can be accessed by non-technical staff e.g. a zip file containing simple HTML file for each ticket.
