Ability to import issues with parent-child(epic-task) relationship to team-managed project

      Currently there is no way to import issues with parent-child(epic-task) relationship to a team-managed (formerly next-gen) project.

      When trying to csv import, "Parent issue ID" doesn't show up.

      It will be great to have the ability to specify the parent ID when importing csv files to team-managed (formerly next-gen) projects as well.

      Workaround

      1. Import the CSV file into a Company Managed Project
      2. Move the issues from the CMP to TMP
