Issue Summary
Workflow Date Compare Validator does not work correctly with language set to Japanese
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a "Date Compare Validator" to a workflow transition. It can have pretty much any configuration set to it.
- Ensure the transition contains a screen with the field to be validated.
- Set the language of the user account testing to English.
- Test the validator transitioning the issue, the screen will appear and the validator will work as expected, showing an appropriate message indicating when the date selected does not pass the validation.
- Set the issue back to the transition where the validator would happen again.
- Change the language to Japanese.
- Test the transition again, indicating any date for the date field to be validated.
Expected Results
The validator works in the same was as when having English as the language selected.
Actual Results
The validator throws an error in the language selected, under the validated field, that translated means "Invalid date format. Please enter the date in the format 'dd/MMM/yy h:mm a'."
Japanese: 無効な日付の形式です。日付は 'dd/MMM/yy h:mm a' の形式で入力してください。

- A correction from a comment in the video: the validator works correctly with Chinese (both), it is only with Japanese where the validator breaks.
Workaround
Changing the language temporarily to English to perform the transition.
