Issue Summary
When the user's language preference is set to Chinese, transitioning an issue after selecting a date in the Date Picker field on the transition screen results in an error titled "fields.validation.date.format".
Steps to Reproduce
- Set your user language preference to Chinese in Account preference
- Add the Date Picker field to a transition screen of an issue.
- Select a date in the transition screen and attempt to transition the issue.
Expected Results
The issue should successfully transition to the next status.
Actual Results
The issue cannot transition to the next status. Instead, an error message reading "fields.validation.date.format" appears in the Date Picker field.
Workaround
This behavior seems to occur only when the account language preference is set to Chinese. As a workaround, users can set their language preference to a non-Chinese language to avoid this bug.
