Issue Summary

Parent options are not selectable during the move operation on "Select a new Parent for Subtask"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a subtask and click on three dots for additional actions.
   
2. Choose 'Change Parent' operation
   
3. Start typing project key of the required parent issue.
   
4. Parent options can't be selected 

Expected Results

Parents from the list should be selected.

Actual Results

Parents from the list are not selectable.

Workaround

Use [search Issue] hyperlink as highlighted in below screenshot.
