The JSM customer account status shows as "Invited" while the user already raised and made changes to the tickets

      Issue Summary

      The JSM Customer account status shows as "Invited" while the user already raised and made changes to the tickets.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Invite the portal-only customer, or grant JSM Customer role to Atlassian Account
      2. The customer login to the portal and raises a ticket 
      3. In the section Projects>Project Name>Customers (or Admin>Directory, if Atlassian Account). The user status is "Invited"

      Expected Results

      • The status "Invited" should not be visible since the customer account is active 

      Actual Results

      • The status of the customer is "Invited"

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
