Issue Summary
The JSM Customer account status shows as "Invited" while the user already raised and made changes to the tickets.
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite the portal-only customer, or grant JSM Customer role to Atlassian Account
- The customer login to the portal and raises a ticket
- In the section Projects>Project Name>Customers (or Admin>Directory, if Atlassian Account). The user status is "Invited"
Expected Results
- The status "Invited" should not be visible since the customer account is active
Actual Results
- The status of the customer is "Invited"
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
