Images attached do not appear in internal notifications

Issue Summary

The problem arises when a user attaches an image to a comment. The subsequent notification does not display the added attachment.

Please note in JSM: It doesn't apply to customer notifications. Only agent notifications.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a ticket.
• Attach an image to the ticket.
• The email notification received will not have any image attached to the notification body.

Expected Results

The expectation is that the attached images should be visible when viewing the notifications.

Actual Results

The notification does not display any images or files. To view the attachment, the user must access the ticket either via the portal or the agent view.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
