Include attachments or link to attachments in notification emails

      Original request description

      In certain circumstances, it would be useful if JIRA's email notifications included attachments, and a new "Attachment added" notification existed to notify users of attachments made to a page (and mail them the added attachment). Whether to mail attachments should be a per-user option.

      Workaround

      There are some third-party plugins that allows users to embed attachment file into the email notification, please refer to the following Answer Threads:
