Issue Summary
We are seeing glitchy focus when entering data into our Jira tickets in a Kanban board, which is impacting our workflows because we cannot reliably enter data.
Expected Results
Focus should stay in the text box
Actual Results
Basically, any ticket we momentarily open from the Kanban board is affected by shifting focus away from the current UI element, seemingly at random.

Tested Browers: Chrome, Safari (happens on both)
We do use the REST api to push data to Jira with fairly high frequency (several times per minute), though when we see this issue, the tickets in question are not seeing REST API updates.
Other issues in the same board are certainly being created and seeing updates.
Steps to Reproduce
Multiple users are seeing the same issue
The user doesn’t need to touch the keyboard or mouse for the focus to change on its own
Glitching happens within about about 1 to 15 seconds when typing.
Workaround
Wait for it to stop glitching the focus around
