Trying to assign an issue via the ellipsis -> assign on a dashboard, results in "The issue no longer exists." error.

Issue Summary

Trying to assign an issue via the ellipsis -> assign on a dashboard, results in the "The issue no longer exists." error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up any dashboard that contains a gadget showing a (for example) list of issues 
2. Click on the ellipsis (...) icon next to an issue -> assign

Expected Results

You should be presented with a screen allowing you to select the new assignee

Actual Results

Workaround

Assign the issue in any other way (from a filter, issue search, etc.).
