Assign to me/Vote/Watching/Assigning issues using the Jira Dashboard issue gadget don't work successfully

Issue Summary

Some buttons in the dropdown menu of the Jira dashboards issue gadget return errors.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Jira dashboard containing an issue gadget (e.g. Assigned to Me).
2. Click the ... menu next to an issue.
3. Click the button to...
   1. Assign the issue
   2. Watch, unwatch, vote, or unvote the issue.

Expected Results

1. The assign issue screen is displayed.
2. The issue is successfully watched, unwatched, voted, unvoted.

Actual Results

1. Assign issue displays an error saying the issue doesn't exist anymore.
2. The issue is not successfully watched, unwatched, voted, unvoted, and an XSRF token error message is displayed.

Workaround

1. Click the issue key to open the issue view.
2. Perform the desired operation via the issue view.
