Copy pasting Excel cells to issue description uploads an attachment image with content of the cell

Issue Summary

If you copy and paste Excel cells to an issue description, Jira will duplicate the content as an image and upload an attachment image with the cell's content to the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an Excel document and enter some data.
2. Select the cells, copy and paste them into the issue description.

Expected Results

Only cell content is pasted into Jira as a table.

Actual Results

Cells content is pasted into Jira as a table but an attachment image with the cells content is also uploaded.

Workaround

Paste the content and delete the image or press command/CTLR+Z once.

This issue can be replicated in different browsers (tested with Chrome and Firefox) and it does not reproduce with Google Sheets spreedsheets.
