      User Problem

      Some users enjoy Atlassian Teams when everyone from the entire Org can see the team, some want Teams to be visible only to the site, where they were created.
      Some prefer a mix of both and want to decide the scope on per-Team basis.

      Suggested Solutions

      Implement option to assign Team scope (site or Org) upon Team creation.
