      Issue Summary

      Currently, the Team field is used only with JSW and the customer wants to use the Team field in JSM and also the ability to send emails to team members.

      Expected Results

      Should be able to add the Team field to the JSM project and should be able to use it to send emails using Automation.

      Actual Results

      JSM is not fully allowed to use the team and send email to its members

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
