Support Team field when Creating issue in Slack

      Problem Definition

      The Team field is not supported in Slack. When creating a Jira issue via Slack, the Team field does not appear. 

      When the Team field is set as required in the Jira project configuration, the user will receive an error:

      Support Team field when creating a Jira issue via Slack

      Workaround

      • Ensure that the Team field is not required in the Jira Project to allow the creation of the Jira issue, then add the value in the Team field in the Jira Cloud after it was created via Slack.
