Cannot Upload Attachments (Preview Unavailable) on bulk Issue Transition Screens

      Issue Summary

      While transitioning the issue in bulk from the JSM queue/issue navigator. Able to add an attachment. However, whenever we check the tickets individually, attachments get corrupted and show a preview unavailable. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the JSM queue and select more than one issue.
      2. Hit the transition button. 
        • Make sure the attachment field should be present in the transition screen.
      3. Copy the attachment from local and paste it into the comment section.
      4. Once you paste, it will show a successfully uploaded message.
      5. Now, go to one of the tickets for which you have just transitioned. You will see "preview unavailable" in the comment section against your uploaded attachment.

      Expected Results

      The attachment should be uploaded in bulk.

      Actual Results

      Attachments get corrupted and show a preview unavailable. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
