Ability to turn off administration emails

      It would be good to have additional controls over turning off the email notifications to administrators on the below scenarios:

      • When user accounts are created
      • When user accounts are deleted or changed.
      • When projects are moved to trash.

      Based on the users' requirement/need, users can turn ON/OFF the notifications.
