At the moment, when a user attempts to upload a file greater than what's configured in the settings, a message states "We couldn't save your attachment" which, while technically correct, doesn't reflect the fact that the attachment could be saved if it met the size limit.

Having a different error message would be more appropriate or allow for an admin-configured one to be generated.
