Issue Summary

Set Security level not working in "Issue Sidebar view" JWM list view.

The option Set Security level is working in the "Issue dialogue view" when we open the full issue view, however, we are not able to set the Security level in the "Issue Sidebar view" in the list view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on List view on the JWM project.
2. Select one of the issues from it. Click on (...) and select Issue Sidebar view.
3. The issue will appear on the Right Hand Side of the List View page.
4. Then set the Security Level on that issue, we will not be able to set it.

Expected Results

Sets the Issue security level on the issue

Actual Results

The issue security level is not set

Workaround

Open the issue in the modal view.
