Ability to see the options for checkbox custom field the same way as displayed in the edit issue screen

Currently, the checkbox field displays the options in a different way if you create an issue and edit an existing issue.

Suggestion

Change the way it works, displaying the options the same way as in the Edit issue screen.

Workaround

At this moment there is no workaround.
